2. Information You Provide

  • Payment Information: Transaction details for subscription payments (processed externally via bank transfer)
  • Communication Data: Information shared when you contact us via WhatsApp or email

3. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Number of videos processed, languages used, feature usage
  • Subscription Status: Your current plan tier and quota usage

🔒 Important: We do NOT store your YouTube videos, video content, or any audio/visual data. We only process text-based metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, and captions).

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide Services: Translate your video metadata and captions to multiple languages
  • Account Management: Manage your subscription, quota, and linked accounts

Google API Services Usage

YouTube Multilanguage Assistant uses Google APIs and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth Scopes We Request

  • youtube: To read and update your video metadata and captions
  • userinfo.email: To identify your account

Limited Use Disclosure

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We DO NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use your data for advertising purposes
  • Share your data with unrelated third parties
  • Store your YouTube credentials or passwords

Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

  • All data is processed through secure Google Apps Script infrastructure
  • User preferences and subscription data are stored in Google's secure property storage

  • OAuth tokens are managed by Google's secure authentication system

Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are aggregated and anonymized after 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
