The Service operates within YouTube's API quota limits. If you experience service limitations, it may be due to YouTube's API restrictions.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by the Developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit permission.
Translated content generated by the Service is considered a derivative work of your original content. You own the translated versions once applied to your YouTube videos.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Translation Quality: While we strive for accurate translations, automated translations may contain errors. We recommend reviewing important translations before publishing. The Developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from translation inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
